OUR FOOD

Quality, freshness and the best Portuguese and international ingredients – that is what you can expect at the mill.

We offer a selection of pastries, yoghurts, house-made granola, bagels and our popular hot breakfasts and brunches (which we serve all day).

We also serve a selection of cakes, biscuits and other sweets, all prepared by our kitchen team.

COFFEE & DRINKS

We serve carefully prepared coffee – from Portuguese favourites like the pingado, through to Australian classics such as the flat white and long black. In the warmer months we also serve our homemade cold brew.

All of our coffee is from locally sourced arabica beans and our baristas hand roast all our beans over a wood fire at a local roaster in Santos, Lisbon.

We also offer a decaf option and several milk alternatives.

All of our coffee beans, including our house blend and a selection of single origins, are available to purchase in 250g bags in store.
