At the mill we believe life is too short for bad coffee. We serve carefully prepared coffee – from Portuguese favourites like the pingado through to Australian classics such as the flat white and long black.
All of our coffee is from specially sourced arabica beans and all of our beans are roasted over a wood fire just down the road from the mill at local roasters in Estrela, Lisbon. We always offer a selection of coffee to choose from – from our signature house blend through to a single origin coffee (usually organic) that will change every month, plus a quality decaf option.
Our house blend is a secret – so sorry, we cannot share the recipe – but can you buy it. All of our coffee beans are available to purchase in 250g bags.
